PS: Der Polizeiführer der Sektion “Recht und Ordnung” hat die Liste der zu Entführenden Oppositionellen zusammengestellt. Der Chef der Gestapo von Simbabwe (CIO) hat als Zeuge inzwischen eidesstattlich erklärt, dass seine Mitarbeiter mit den Entführungen beauftragt wurden. Für die Beschuldigung eines Mordkomplottes gegen den Präsidenten oder der Rekrutierung bewaffneter Kämpfer in Botswana konnten keine Belege vorgebracht werden. CIO-Chef Mutasa hielt seine Ankündigung vor Gericht nicht ein, den Aufenthaltsort nicht Anwesender Entführter dem Gericht mitzuteilen.
